Tracker Academy is beginning recruitment for our 2027 Lodge Tracker Programme and 2027 Rhino Guardian Programme, and we would greatly appreciate your assistance in identifying and putting forward suitable male and female candidates.
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, mentally and physically fit, and genuinely passionate about the bush, wildlife and conservation. Candidates should demonstrate the commitment, discipline and determination needed to build a long-term career as a professional tracker or conservationist.
We are particularly looking to reach candidates between the ages of 21 and 35, with a focus on rural communities across Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and Eastern and Northern Cape while also welcoming suitable applicants across Southern Africa.
With only 16 spaces available per programme, selection is very competitive. We are therefore looking for individuals with the right attitude, aptitude and potential to make the most of the training and go on to build meaningful careers within the conservation and lodge industries.
