The FGASA head office team is super excited to be located in the “Hoed”, Hoedspruit. After a massive relocation effort all round, the team is on site at The Farm House, just off the R527 from the tunnel in the commercial sector of Zandspruit. We welcome all members in the area to drop in for a chat, a coffee and of course to get what you need in terms of advice, materials, certificates etc.
We have also scheduled an open get-together at our office in Hoedspruit on the first Wednesday evening of every month. The first one kicks off on the 6th April 2022, so please join us to meet the team and enjoy an informative presentation. This is a fantastic opportunity to mingle, connect and ask any questions you may have.
Our staff family has changed as we sadly bid farewell to Bridget, but welcome Hermia Malungane (Cathsseta Administrator) and Ashleigh Heasman (Administration for all new projects, Junior FGASA Marketing and assistant to the MD) to our full time team. To address guide development and mentorship challenges in specific areas, we welcome Brett Heasman as a part time Ambassador. Brett, together with fellow part-time Ambassadors, are on the ground, flying the FGASA flag. Our Ambassadors are out there to stay abreast of industry needs and standards, communicate all FGASA news and to reach, assist and support guides/members where necessary.
The JHB office has also moved to a convenient location that is easily accessible. Right next to Gold Reef City and the Apartheid Museum, drop in at FGASA where Pretty, KG and Zodwa are on site to welcome you. Both venues can accommodate exams sittings and we look forward to seeing you soon.
