FGASA is proud to share that four passionate team members from the Global Conservation Corps (GCC) have successfully passed their FGASA NQF2 theory exams!

GCC is a dedicated non-profit organisation working to bridge the gap between communities and conservation. Their mission is to empower the next generation of conservationists by providing education, mentorship, and career development opportunities for young people living alongside protected areas. Through their various initiatives—including the Future Rangers programme—GCC is playing a critical role in building strong links between people and the natural world.

As part of their commitment to professional development, GCC enrolled four of their staff members in the FGASA NQF2 Nature Site Guide course. FGASA proudly sponsored one of the four course packs in support of this impactful partnership.

We are thrilled to announce that all four candidates have passed their NQF2 theory exams! This is an incredible achievement and a testament to their dedication and hard work. We look forward to seeing how they progress in their practical assessments and can’t wait to celebrate their full NQF2 qualifications.

Congratulations to Lefa Malapane, Qoli Mlambo, Aritah Mfanelo and Ashliegh Christie for completing the theory component of your FGASA NQF2.

FGASA is honoured to support the growth of guides and conservation ambassadors working to make a real difference. We remain proud to be associated with the Global Conservation Corps and the vital work they’re doing for both people and the planet.

Congratulations to the team — we’re behind you every step of the way!
